The project consists of the restructuring and enhancement of a protected building in the heart of the protected area of Bordeaux, on the emblematic Allées Tourny.
The general ambition is to reorganize, prioritize and simplify all the buildings on the island with its tangle of roofs and volumes to give greater readability to the whole.
The renovation of the existing entrance on the allées de Tourny, the creation of a new entrance from rue Jean Jacque Bel as well as the renovation and complete redistribution of the floors R+3, R+4 and R+5 accompany the enhancement of the main building body and the Tower, historical emergence of the building.
