The project is based on two curtains, a first, more urban, made up of collective housing in blocks, allowing the construction of a front built on Avenue Pasteur and Haut Lévêque and a second, on a more domestic scale, in a park wooded, allowing to make the transition with the existing suburban districts. The hotel, in its leading position, creates a real signal for people arriving from the north via the motorway junction as well as for those arriving from Bordeaux via avenue Pasteur. It gives a dynamic and qualitative image of this neighborhood in the making. Direct access to the Tramway line is a major asset. The pedestals have a sober architecture which expresses a regular constructive framework and favors the outdoor spaces on the east and west gables with large covered terraces. As the north and south facades are more dedicated to bedrooms, the openings are generous but identical to maintain an economy of scale.
